Many families in our community struggle to provide basic cleaning and hygiene items for their families. With the rising costs of inflation, this makes these necessities even more unattainable. We invite you to come alongside these families and provide HOPE in the form of a personalized basket of quality cleaning supplies, toiletries and paper products. By personalizing each basket, you as the donor, know that everything you give is appreciated and used by the family. Join us this Spring in providing a basket that makes a DIFFERENCE!

Update 11/29: We will be adding 2 more families by 11/30. Those will be our final 2 families of the season.

Partner with HOPEmatch to provide families in our local community with support this holiday season. 

How it works:

1. Think about your budget. We ask donors to spend a minimum of $200 per person in the family. We include the adults in the family as well, so keep that in mind.

2. View the available families, read their stories, and choose the family you would like to help.

3. Immediately receive an email with a link to the wish list and instructions for you to print so you can start shopping!

4. You will be contacted by our Donor Relations person, Hannah, who will confirm your sponsorship and answer any questions you may have.

**Make sure to read all of the details of how our program works and make sure you can do all of those things before selecting a family.**

If you choose your family in October, we ask that you commit to drop off your donations between 12/1-12/8 so that we can help the maximum number of families and keep our office flowing smoothly.

Please Note: Our Holiday Program is VERY POPULAR and you may need to keep checking back for available families. We will keep posting new families up until Thanksgiving and are working as hard as possible to properly vet and get quality wish lists at a fast rate. Thank you for your patience!

UPDATE 4/20:

Families are really struggling with the economic challenges of food and gas prices increasing drastically. Those that were just barely getting by are now really getting behind. Give a boost to a family by providing a personalized laundry basket full of much needed essential items for their home and family. Each basket is tailored to what the family will actually use so that there is no waste. We believe at HopeMatch in giving the BEST we have to offer, so please consider purchasing name brand goods so that our families feel special.

Donation Drop Off: Friday, 4/29 

Location: Next Level Church (4317 Stevens Mill Rd. Matthews, NC 28104)

Time: 10am-1pm or 1-4pm (You will be asked to choose a timeframe in advance.)

**If you really want to participate and cannot drop off at that time, you may make other arrangements to drop off that week.**

UPDATE 8/2: We are excited all of the children got sponsored! Thank you so much to our HopeMatch Community for making it happen. We still have volunteer needs for this Saturday. Please let us know if you would like the link to sign up.

Join the HopeMatch community in sponsoring students' individual supplies for back to school. Set up our students for success as they start the school year! 

Update 4/19: We have now added all the families for this year's Pop Up Shop. 

Curate a basket of donations individualized to the families we serve through our Spring Cleaning Drive. You get a detailed list of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products and purchase a laundry basket to fill with those supplies for a family in need in our community. Drop off to HopeMatch on Friday, 4/23 and we will get it to the family you helped. It's EASY and FUN!

Update 11/27: We have finished posting families for this season and all of the families have been adopted! We were blown away by the support this season and we hope that if you didn't get to participate this year, that you will check back with us in October next year to try again. We are still accepting monetary donations for this season through our Merry Match Fund that we will use to purchase extra gifts needed to complete wish lists. Volunteer opportunities are still available 12/1-12/19. Complete a volunteer application on our website to view available opportunities and sign up.

Be part of the fun of spreading holiday cheer!  Here is how our Adopt-a-Family Program works:

1. Browse pre-vetted families that are in need of some HOPE this holiday season.

2. Select a Profile and complete your contact information if you would like to adopt a family and purchase Christmas gifts.

3. Print the list immediately and start shopping!

4. Drop off unwrapped and labeled gifts at our seasonal office between (12/1-12/12 for those adopting their family in October and 12/1-12/16 for those who select their family to adopt in November)

5. Speak to our Donor Relations volunteer who will reach out to you after adopting your family to explain the commitment further and answer any questions you have.

We ask that donors spend at least $150 per person on gifts. Please take this into consideration when choosing the size family you would like to adopt.
